Elimu is an established carnival band associated with Paddington Arts charity, the band has been performing at various carnivals for 34 years.
Their 2015 “Resurrection” theme are bringing splendid high fashion designs to the road.
The bar has been raised, at the Notting Hill Carnival!

Our 2015 theme, ‘THE FALLEN’ is a fictional tale of fallen angels from myths and folklore told around the world, representing the’7 Deadly Sins’. . . Pride, Greed, Lust, Wrath, Envy, Sloth and Gluttony, also referred to as ‘The Capital Vices’. The fall from grace, honour and excellence will be depicted in a display of luxurious, stunning & ornately decorated costumes
